My living room is about 300 sq ft, and when I set the unit up, the inside temperature was a sweltering 94°F — even hotter than outside. In just three hours, the room cooled down to 80°F, and I’m pretty sure it could’ve gone even lower.

I placed it in the balcony sliding door, which gets direct sun for most of the afternoon. I followed the setup instructions, added some cardboard for insulation, and surprisingly, it worked very well even though the door wasn’t standard-sized. With a 6x7 ft glass surface, that’s a lot of heat to fight off — but it handled it.

This is the second unit I've purchased, and it works efficiently — though it is a bit noisy due to the spinning disks. That’s common across brands. I wouldn’t recommend placing it in a bedroom, but for heated spaces like those with a wood or pellet stove, it's fantastic.
